At BENU Gyógyszertár Webshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item is not the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a digital return authorization form.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
